To facilitate high quality teaching and research, the Department maintains several state-of-the-art psychological laboratories. They are equipped with modern facilities for sensation and perception, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, social psychology, personality, human factors, industrial-organizational psychology, neuropsychology and animal research.

The Psychology Department has highly specialized and well-developed Research Centres that included centres for Assessment and Training, Cognition and Brain Studies, Developmental Psychology, Neuropsychological Well-Being, and Clinical and Health Psychology.

The Psychology Department has 21 laboratories that is home for both staff and students with specific research interests. The laboratories cover a broad range of research areas, including Applied Social Research, Cognition and Neuroscience Research, Developmental Research, and Psychopathology Research.
